Wellbeing Tool & Dimensions of Self Care

The first step is acknowledging the importance of having a wellbeing plan, identifying what a plan may include, and developing a plan for self-care that is meaningful to you.

The most important step is implementing the plan. There are many potential challenges that may emerge when implementing a self-care plan. It is important to anticipate and examine what impedes self-care, or more specifically, impedes the components of one’s self-care plan and consider ways to prevent or overcome these obstacles, and draw in support when needed.
