Owner ID Verification
As the Owner of this information, for verification purposes, we would ask that you please provide the following:
  1. Three points of photographic ID, such as
    • Australian passport
    • Foreign passport
    • Australian Evidence of Immigration Status
    • Australian driver licence
    • Proof of age card (issued by the Commonwealth, a state or territory)
    • Photo card (issued by the Commonwealth, a state or territory)

  2. Details of your last engagement with Blue Knot Foundation
3rd Party ID Verification
As a 3rd party requesting information on behalf of the Owner, for verification purposes, we would ask that you please provide the following:
