Creating a safe space internally can support you to regulate your mind and body if you are feeling overwhelmed. This visualisation can help create a container of safety for you to use as an anchor.

Please note that it is important to use other resources when you are undertaking different mindfulness and meditation exercises. They can support you to come back to the space in which you are doing the exercise. Remember that we are all individuals. What works for one person may not work for another. In fact you might find that this visualisation is not for you, so please feel free to leave at any time.

If you prefer to keep your eyes open there are visual cues to support, or you may just wish to engage with the calming images. Start to discern what is right for you on your healing path. It is always your choice to engage or not engage in any of the activities today.
