Can I be added to the waitlist or a cancellation list for the workshop?

Waitlists are kept for workshops which are currently scheduled. To be added to this waitlist, please click the register button on the website. We will notify you if a place becomes available.

Blue Knot does not keep waitlists or cancellation lists for future workshops. The best way to remain informed about future workshops is to sign up to receive our newsletter.

How much does the workshop cost?

All workshops are free of charge. When registering, you will be prompted to complete a form which asks for basic contact details, such as your full name and email address. This form needs to be completed to confirm your booking on the workshop.

Can I bring someone to support me during the workshop?

You are welcome to bring someone to support you during the workshop. Blue Knot will also have a participant support person present at the workshop for additional support if needed.

Do I need to share my story at the workshop?

You do not need to share your story at the workshop. It is your choice about what information you would like to share and how you would like to participate in the workshop.

Is the workshop a support group?

The workshops are not support groups or group counselling. These are educational workshops which focus on providing participants with key information around Complex Trauma and providing attendees with strategies and resources for healing and recovery.
