It is a time of uncertainty, as we are exposed to an invisible threat which brings fear, isolation and stress, not unlike the often invisible but ever-present threat of trauma of abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation.

As we settled into this time, we implemented a range of strategies to stay connected, to check in and to support one another, to share our experiences and thoughts about the surreal time in which we are all living.
