This last 12 months have been a period of highs and lows for Blue Knot. Highs because we continue to grow and develop as an organisation and in so doing, reach and support more survivors of complex trauma every day.

It is a time of uncertainty, as we are exposed to an invisible threat which brings fear, isolation and stress, not unlike the often invisible but ever-present threat of trauma of abuse, violence, neglect and exploitation.
