We invite you to become a member of the Blue Knot Community. As a Blue Knot member, you will be joining thousands of others affected by abuse and violence and/or who are passionate to change things for the better. To stay connected and informed we will send you our monthly Breaking Free newsletter and regular news and information about our work, how we can help and how you can become more involved with our community, if that’s what you want to do. You will also have an opportunity to vote each year at Blue Knot’s AGM.

If you are also interested in receiving professional updates, you can also sign up to our professional communications for training and practice updates and tools.

We would be delighted for you to become a Professional Member of Blue Knot Foundation. As a Professional Member you will join to our professional community, a committed network of practitioners and people working to empower people with experiences of complex trauma to recover.

As a Professional Member you will receive a 10% discount on our professional development training, a copy of our monthly Breaking Free.

You will also receive regular updates and information regarding our training, practice services and organisational change tools and much more. You will also have the opportunity to vote at the AGM every November.

By subscribing you will be joining our Blue Knot Community – a community which cares deeply about people affected by abuse and violence. A community of people which provides support, hope and possibilities for recovery for those affected.
