This Privacy Statement governs data collection and usage. By using the Blue Knot Community website or Blue Knot Professional Community website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

 

Blue Knot collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail, telephone number, home or work address. Blue Knot Foundation also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your postcode, age, gender, job role and organisation.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Blue Knot Foundation. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. Blue Knot uses this information to operate the service, to maintain service quality, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Community and Professional Community websites.

Please note that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Blue Knot public message boards e.g. social media, this information may be collected and used by others. N.B. Blue Knot does not read any of your private online communications.

Blue Knot collects and uses your personal information to operate the Blue Knot Community and the Blue Knot Professional Community websites and deliver the services you have requested.
